Opening an Account

Opening an account is fast and easy. Simply click the "Sign On Or Create An Account" link (located at the top left corner of every page), or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An account offers you a fast, safe and secure way to order. It also serves as a way to track your order and receive emails about your order.

Using the Shopping Cart 

Special Needs X-press uses a "shopping cart" system that operates the same way you use a shopping cart in a retail store - you can put items in and take items out at any time. To add an item to your cart, simply click "Add to Cart".

Each time you add an item you will see a list of items currently in your shopping cart. If you want to add more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button to go back to the online store. If you want to remove an item, simply click on the "remove" button in your cart.

If you wish to order multiple quantities of the same item, simply add the item to your cart a second time. During checkout you will have the opportunity adjust quantities for each item if necessary.

For your convenience, you can always view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" link (located at the top, right corner of every page).


Checking Out

When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, press the "Checkout" button to advance to the shipping and payment areas. At step 1 of the checkout process, you may either sign in as a returning customer, or you may begin checkout as a guest.

Next you will be guided through steps prompting you to enter the delivery address for your order. Finally, you will be asked to enter your payment and billing information. At this point, Special Needs X-press will attempt to pre-authorize the charge. If this pre-authorization fails, you will receive a billing error message that will prompt you to recheck your billing information or enter an alternate credit/debit card number. You will not be able to submit your order until there is a successful pre-authorization. 

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation will also contain your Order ID number. Keep this information in your records, as it will help our Customer Service Team better assist you should you need to contact us.

When you set up an account, your billing and shipping information can be stored for quick and easy purchases in the future. Your information is secure via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which keeps it private and protected.


Credit/Debit Card Security

With Special Needs X-press, you can transmit your credit/debit card information over the internet with absolute confidence. Special Needs X-press processes orders via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which uses encryption to protect your credit/debit card information and all credit/debit card information is encoded with strong encryption before storage. To further respect your privacy, Special Needs X-press does not release your credit/debit card information to any outside organizations.


Check Your Order Status

Checking the status of your order is easy! Just click the "My Account" link (located at the top, left corner of every page). You can create an account by clicking the "Sign In Or Create An Account" link (located at the top, left corner of every page). After logging into your account, under the My Orders section, you should see a summary of your orders. If it says your order is "fulfilled", that means your order has been processed.
