Q. How do I place an order?

 

A. Ordering is fast and easy with Special Needs X-press! Simply use the search box at the top of each page to search for a product or keyword, or browse through thousands of items by category using the convenient toolbar. When you have all the items you would like to purchase in your cart, click "checkout" to begin the checkout process. At checkout you will be given the opportunity to sign-in to your account to access your saved information. If you don't already have an account, you may also checkout as a guest, with the option to create an account at the end of the process.

 

Q. How can I request a refund?

 

A. If you are not 100% satisfied after you've accepted delivery, please return the item (in resalable condition) within 15 days of your order date. The address for returns can be found on your packing slip. If there is an error with your order, or the item is damaged, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team for assistance. Please note: Special Needs X-press will not issue a refund for any order placed for delivery to a correctional institution unless there is an error with the order itself.

If you have additional questions, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team for assistance by using our fast and convenient online "contact us" feature.

When contacting us about a refund, please be sure to include your name, address, title(s), and order confirmation number(s).

All Applicable refunds are issued as a store credit unless otherwise noted. Debit/Credit Card refunds are processed in 3-5 business days of cancellation. Check/Money Order refunds are mailed within 10-15 business days of cancellation.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

 

Q. How do I return an item?

Q. Do you deliver outside the United States?

 

A. We do not deliver outside the United States at this time, although we expect to have that capability in the near future. In the meantime, contact a member of our Customer Service Team for information about alternate options.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

A. Our estimated delivery timeframes are based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered and the delivery destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

Q. Do you deliver to nonstandard addresses?

 

A. Yes. We ship to military APOs/FPOs, Correctional Facilities and Hospitals.

 

Military APOs/FPOs

 

Orders for delivery to APOs and FPOs can be entered online. Use the "City" line on the order form for the APO or FPO designation and select the two-letter code for the region (AA, AE, or AP) in the "State" field. If you have any problems please contact a member of our Customer Service Team for immediate assistance.

 

Correctional Facilities

 

To ensure proper delivery, orders for inmates should be placed in accordance with facility guidelines. Special Needs X-press takes every precaution to ensure we ship according to specific facility guidelines but cannot guarantee delivery as policies and procedures change frequently. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know and adhere to the delivery guidelines imposed by individual correctional facilities prior to placing an order.

Books, Calendars, and Magazines

Delivery timeframes will vary based on the shipping method. However, most in-stock items are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. All packages include free tracking and delivery confirmation.
